If you are unable to install over-the-air, then you can download the files to your computer and install with
the BlackBerry Desktop Manager for BlackBerry devices or ActiveSync for Windows Mobile.

BlackBerry Installation Instructions

1. Save the file to your desktop.
2. Extract the files to your desktop with whatever program you use for Zip files.
3. Start the BlackBerry Desktop Manager that was provided with your BlackBerry device.
   Click the "Application Loader" icon and then click "Next."
4. Next, click "Add" and browse to the location of the program files (this should be your desktop).
5. Select the .alx file and click "Open." (If you encounter the following error message, please update your desktop software: "No additional applications designed for your handheld were found.")
6. Choose "Next" then "Finish" to initiate the loading process.
7. Now you may unplug your BlackBerry device. On your device, locate, launch and login.
8. Take pictures and enjoy!

Windows Mobile Installation Instructions

1. Save the file to your desktop.
2. Open Microsoft ActiveSync and click the "Explore" icon.
3. A Mobile Device window will open with several icons inside. Double click the "My Pocket PC" icon.
4. Double click the "Windows" folder.
5. Next, double click the "Start Menu" folder.
6. Double click the "Programs" folder.
7. Now you will drag (or copy and paste) the .CAB file into the "Programs" folder.
8. The file will then be converted to mobile device format.
9. Once the file has been converted, you can unplug your device from the computer.
10. On your device, go to the "Start" menu, and then "Programs." Next, select the .CAB file. The file will then unpack and leave the file in the Programs folder.
11. Go to the Start menu and Programs and locate the ITookThisOnMyPhone icon to launch the application and login.
12. Take pictures and enjoy!
