MobileVoiceControl was sold to Nuance Communications, Inc. in 2006.
John J. Kuntz – Founder, Chairman, and Treasurer
Mr. Kuntz has served as President and CEO of Intrieve, Incorporated – a top 10 technology provider to the banking vertical. He transitioned the company from a not-for-profit co-op to a for-profit, privately-held concern, increasing the value of the original shareholders’ investment 24 times through the sale of the company in April 2005. He has also served as the Executive Committee Chair of MobileVoiceControl, Inc. – a technology provider of high-end speech recognition functionality for smartphone devices that sold in December 2006. Mr. Kuntz also currently serves as President and Treasurer of Advanced Mechanical Products, Inc. – a new venture to convert gasoline-powered automobiles to 100% electric. Daniel Zito – Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Zito recently left Nuance Communications, Inc., the acquirer of MobileVoiceControl, Inc. which he helped launch. He is the former President/CEO of Gannett Media Technologies International in Cincinnati ,OH and former Vice-President/General Manager of Software Consulting Services. Mr. Zito holds a B.A. in American History from Bloomsburg (PA) University and an MBA from Lehigh University both in Pennsylvania.
Thaddeus M. Bort – Chief Computer Technologist
Mr. Bort brings technology experience over the past 10 years developing highly available and scalable applications in web, handheld and other software environments. He has developed technologies at PocketScript, AskMeNow, and MobileVoiceControl among other organizations.

Joseph Lukens, Board Member
Mr. Lukens is a Founder and President of Neace Lukens, an insurance company located in Cincinnati, OH, where he has worked since 1991. His introduction to the insurance industry was as an underwriter for a local insurance company. He has been the driving force in the expansion of the Neace organization and has been instrumental in the development of specialty programs for the healthcare industry.
Gerald Wolken, Board Member
Mr. Wolken has extensive experience running private and publicly-held companies as an officer and director. He’s the former President of the SuperX Drug Store Chain and has been on the Board of Directors for Comair Airlines and Duramed Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
